Our wellbeing is waving through life. Challenges are incorporated in our complex world. It gets tough towards the edges, and that is when great growth lies before us. Even if it feels exhausting, tiring or sad, let’s look at it together and find the steps to accept and embrace the present and what comes after.

I combine various perspectives (Agile Leadership, Co-Active Coaching, Systems Relationship Coaching, Taoistic Qi Gong) to put your agenda into the center of our little project.
